Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data
Sending commercial information (newsletter) about products, services and promotions at Square Apartments Gdynia to the e-mail address provided by you voluntarily in a designated place on the website or during the booking - the legal basis for such data processing is consent within the meaning of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR).
Providing your e-mail address voluntarily in a designated place on the website or when booking in order to use the Newsletter service is tantamount to your consent to receive commercial information within the meaning of the Telecommunications Law and the Act on the provision of electronic services.

Recipients of personal data
Personal data will be processed by the Administrator and may be processed by authorized public authorities, entities providing legal advisory services, entities providing technical and technological services, including IT, and entities providing marketing services. Such entities process data on the basis of an authorization or contract with the Administrator and only in accordance with his instructions.

Pursuant to the provisions on data protection, you have the following rights: access to your data and receive a copy of it, rectify your data, request data deletion, request restriction of data processing, objection to data processing, data transfer. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Data Protection Office, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions on the protection of personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Information on voluntary or obligatory data provision
Providing your personal data is voluntary and depends on your consent, but without providing it, it will not be possible to send your newsletter.

The administrator will not process your data in a manner leading to automated decision-making within the meaning of art. 22 sec. 1 and 4 GDPR.

Data transfer to third countries
The data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or an international organization.
